Immunization Policy
We believe that every kid should be fully immunized as described in the immunization schedule published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), unless dictated by medical contraindications.
We are only able to accept patient families who are able to fully comply with Kids Docs Pediatrics vaccination schedule. We believe this policy is in the best interest of our patient and families, as well as protects our young patients. If you are transferring from another practice, please submit a copy of your child's immunization record before scheduling your first visit.
We also require that a patient's immunization record is brought to every scheduled visit so that it can be kept up-to-date.
